The 2008 Springboro Panthers won their 2nd outright GWOC South championship in a row. The Panthers, 7-3 overall, were a perfect 4-0 in GWOC South play. The Panthers also racked up some individual honors in addition to the championship trophy. Senior linebacker Josh Stuart was named the GWOC South Defensive Player of the Year and junior runningback Antoin Campbell was named the GWOC South Offensive Player of the Year. Coach Ryan Wilhite was named the GWOC South Coach of the Year for the second year in a row.

Named to the first team All-GWOC South team were Josh Stuart (LB), Antoin Campbell (RB), Eric Damain (OL), Jason Hutchins (OL), Clayton Roe (DB), Ryan Cornett (DB), Taylor Franz (RB) and Beau Sauley (WR). Named to the second team were Matt Graber (QB), Kevin Gustin (LB), Austin Kaiser (OL) and Kyle King (LB).
