Careflight Field Construction Continues February 28, 2009.
The Panthers' new home is well underway. In partnership with Miami Valley Hospital, the Springboro Community City Schools and Premier Health Partners will jointly occupy a new building being constructed on the Springboro campus. The first floor will house locker rooms, coaches offices, team meeting rooms, a weight room, stadium restroom facilities and a spirit shop. The second and third floors will be used for doctors office space. Also, a portion of the third floor will be used as a press box overlooking the new turf that was also made possible by this partnership.
Construction for the new facility is on schedule. This spring, additional seating will be added to the stadium as well. The Panthers are expected to take occupancy of their new home early this summer.
